    2. What the Service is

OralBoardCoach is a practice tool for interview preparation: an AI practice panel runs practice oral board interviews for public-safety roles and gives you a score report on our own practice scale, not any agency's score. It is not a recruiting service, does not submit anything to any agency, and gives no legal advice or eligibility conclusions.

    3. No affiliation

OralBoardCoach is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to individual police departments, sheriff's offices, fire departments, corrections agencies and 911 centers.

    4. No promised outcome

We do not promise any oral-board result, ranking, hiring decision or offer, and practice scores do not predict any agency's score. The Service is provided "as is".

    5. AI-generated content

Practice questions are prompts modeled on publicly posted candidate guides, not any agency's actual questions. Panel questions, score reports and rewritten answers are generated by AI and may be wrong, incomplete or inconsistent. Use your own judgment before relying on them.

    6. Accounts

You must be at least 16. Accounts are personal and not transferable; keep your credentials secure.

    7. Purchases
